By using our website, and placing an order with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are unaffected at all times.

Once you have placed your order, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm it. The email confirmation will be produced automatically.

Prices

Our prices are as displayed on www.everybox.co.uk. We aim only to display items which are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or upgraded item as a replacement, but if this is not to your satisfaction, you may cancel your order and we will refund any money you have paid.

Payment

You can pay by any credit/debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your card details will be encrypted. Your account will be debited on the date of order.

Delivery

Please see our delivery page for specific options.
Please note at Bank Holidays orders placed after 3pm Friday and over the Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.
If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to "pop out" please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, which we quote for that item, please contact us by email or telephone. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
Everybox cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of delivery failure.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
The product must be returned in its original condition. We can arrange for the return of the goods, but we will charge you for the costs involved, unless the product is faulty. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange. If you do want us to arrange collection please contact us and we will try to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
